Support, updates, bug-fix releases and replacement downloads are provided to paying customers with a valid order/license key.
If you received TaqDraw from an unofficial source, you are not eligible for support, updates or replacement downloads.
What to include
- Your order/license key
- TaqDraw version
- Your browser and operating system
- A short description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem, if possible
- Screenshots only if they do not contain confidential project information
Scope
Support covers purchase verification, replacement downloads, product issues and basic usage questions. It does not include custom engineering design, drawing approval, safety review, project quotation review or consulting work.
Updates and replacement downloads
Keep your purchase confirmation email. It may be required to receive updates, bug-fix releases or replacement downloads.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy.
