Product

TaqDraw is a downloadable browser-based drawing tool for process and electrical diagrams. It is supplied as a digital product. After purchase, you download the app file and run it locally in your browser.

License

Your purchase grants one personal, non-transferable single-user license for one individual user.

You may save and use your purchased copy for your own work. You may not share, resell, upload, publish, redistribute, sublicense or make the app file available to others, including through shared drives, marketplaces, repositories or public websites.

Purchase and delivery

Checkout, payment processing, receipts and digital delivery are handled by Paddle. Keep your purchase confirmation and order/license key, as it may be required for support, updates and replacement downloads.

Offline and local use

TaqDraw is designed to run locally in your browser after download. Normal use does not require uploading drawings to TaqDraw servers. You are responsible for saving, backing up and managing your own files.

Support and updates

Support, updates, bug-fix releases and replacement downloads are provided only to paying customers with a valid order/license key. Updates may be provided at our discretion and may not include new paid major versions unless expressly stated.

Acceptable use

You may not use TaqDraw in a way that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, attempts to bypass licensing restrictions, or distributes the software to unlicensed users.

No engineering approval or warranty of design

TaqDraw helps you create diagrams and related lists. You remain responsible for checking drawings, tag lists, quotations, exports and any technical or commercial decisions based on them. TaqDraw does not replace professional engineering review, safety review or project approval.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy and the applicable payment provider process.
