7-day refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the purchase was accidental or if a clear technical issue prevents first use and cannot be reasonably resolved through support.
Downloaded digital product
TaqDraw is a downloadable digital product. Because the app file can be copied after delivery, refunds are not intended for continued use after download, completed projects, or cases where the product works as described.
Support first
If something does not work, contact support with your order/license key, browser, operating system and a short description of the issue. We will try to help before a refund is processed.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are normally handled through Paddle. If a refund is approved, access to future updates, support and replacement downloads for that order/license key may be removed.
Not covered
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Requests after substantial use of the downloaded product.
- Issues caused by unsupported browsers, modified app files or unofficial downloads.
- Requests from users without a valid order/license key.
