Local-first app
TaqDraw is designed as a local browser-based drawing tool. During normal use, drawings, tag lists, quote data and project files are stored locally by you and are not uploaded to TaqDraw servers.
Website and hosting
The TaqDraw website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request logs and security signals to deliver and protect the website.
Payments
Payments, checkout, receipts, customer purchase records, fraud prevention and tax/VAT handling are processed by Paddle. The payment provider may process the personal data needed to complete your purchase and provide order records.
Support
If you contact support, we may process the information you provide, including your email address, order/license key, TaqDraw version, browser, operating system, issue description and any files or screenshots you choose to share.
Email and updates
We may use your support or purchase contact details to respond to your request, provide replacement downloads, deliver important product information, or handle refund and license questions. We do not sell customer contact details.
Your responsibility
Please avoid sending confidential project information unless it is necessary for support. You are responsible for removing sensitive customer, project, pricing or technical data from screenshots or files before sharing them with support.
Retention
Support correspondence and order-related information may be retained as needed for customer service, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
